I've made so many rants against DTG, saying how they wont change. I refused to purchase new routes. I ended that refusal by purchasing BCC. That was a great decision! Fantastic route, awesome train. Please keep this quality up DTG. You really are on the up :)

Agreed, a brilliant route, it's nice to do end to end shifts. The scenery, models, signalling and train are all modelled extremely well (apart from the weird scenery ommisions at the Barnt Green area).
The only downside is a lack of AI, we need the routes to have more activity. It would be great to see something going past you on the fast lines at, for ex, Northfield/being held up etc. Hopefully we'll see some more addons to this route, either route or train additions. Nothing in the forseeable though, I feel.

Agree. it wouldn't take much to make this route properly awesome. Having the odd XC HST screaming down the fast line (if they can't model the Voyager) and a 172 DLC (plus extension down to Worcester) would put this well into the top routes for TSW.

I must agree BCC is a brilliant and probably my 3rd favourite dlc behind NTP (which until another BR Blue routes comes out won't be beaten) and TVL.
Like said above it wouldn't take much to make it even better and lets hope this quality is taken forwards into Peak Forest and beyond.

Just out of interest, does the scenario planner have paths that allow this? Or is it just a couple of paths in and out of BNS, like SoS only has 2 paths out of Crewe which is ridiculous.

A 172 with a Worcester extension would be amazing

It would be great to see, but a 170 would be better. Apart from the fact that they are far more widespread around the country, from what I know, being local and a regular victim of WMR's, 172's are far less common on the Lickey route than 170's. Certainly from what I have read about WMR's plans they are likely to be exclusively used on the Snow Hill line after July.

I still have yet to purchase the BCC. I've been putting it off due to being put off by the the lack of light pollution over over Birmingham and other towns along the route.
I am also hoping that the BCC gets a extension route added to it. I would love this route to extend, including Witton, Perry Barr, and Bescot. At Bescot the line splits, going off to the right to Walsall, and Wolverhampton off to the left.

Hmm I think I shall put this in the Suggestions section

Its a very good route with even a better cl323, made really well.
In this case where rolling stock isnt available, i can live with empty train stations & less traffic.

Compared the new us route looks really about going 10 steps backwards. I dont even mind reusing the scenery & yards, but immersion brakers like no lirr a.i, no freight options was just a step too much for me to convince me spending money on the route. Im sure acela will be a very well loco addon, but lazyness isnt exactly the best advertisement ;)

Back to bcc, i hope for loco dlcs, more loco dlcs, on top a wagon dlc and maybe an extension in direction soho depot. DTG has proven that they are capable of producing good content, so i hope they learn from the echo, if short cuts just go too far.
