On XB games can have mods, the two best-known I hear & know of the most are Skyrim and FO4, and I'm sure there are others, any mod made with any assets that are not only vanilla assets and are within the 1.9GB limit can be installed. On PS mods for the same games can only be installed that are made with Vanilla assets ONLY Skyrim has a much higher size limit If not mistaken on both. Or it was at one point, it's been a very long time since I played FO4 on XB1X, I don't own a PS__. How this is worked out between the Developer/Publisher and the console platform I am unsure, and with XB you can get 2TB internal and 2TB external Seagate "At a hefty Price" and still get the X/S optimized experience. I know going back to the PS2/3 era when I/we had one you could swap out the HDD for a much larger size as you wish, If I'm not mistaken, today I would not know. TSW__ can be almost 400GB "that is with all DLCs" and zero Mods, it could very well be that DTG and the Console Platform have agreed along with the limits/Restrictions that Zero mods are allowed, I can see why I still have an XB1X = GEN8 and the DLCs I have do show the reduced content Due to the age on my XB. And I have seen the PS4 players talk of the same or similar issues. And I'm sure I missed a fair amount, as I have not been console gaming much outside of TSW__ and even there it was very limited due to more important family matters and PC gaming has been really nonexistent. I know this is a long twisted explanation, as best I understand it.
You are welcome, my daughter I looked for another open-box PC that "tends to be less costly" because sharing one is a pain, and I hear ya, I'm not looking to get in ya business, but If you have fairly good credit and can pay over time there are two well known online funding options "AF and KL" I am not sure if can or should state their names fully nor their web sites here. That is I got the PC I/we have now.
