Announcement Bernina Line - Update On Safety Systems

Good afternoon,

We’ve got an update regarding Allegra safety system functionality on the upcoming Bernina Line route.

During our Berninalinie preview stream, it became apparent the ability to activate safety systems was only enabled via keyboard hotkey shortcuts (Shift+Enter then Q), which meant that console players would have been unable to use this without plugging in an external keyboard.

After working alongside Rivet Games over the weekend, our teams have been able to implement the functionality for players on console using in-cab controls. This is ready for the release tomorrow, and ensures functionality parity with previous add-ons, with existing controls working the same way as expected. See below for a guide on how you can use the systems on the Allegra:

You can enable Safety systems by using the Orange ZS Button on the front-right of the left-hand side of the control desk.


To enable the Vigilance system, use the White SISTE button on the upper right-hand side of the control desk (the third button from the left on the bottom row).


A tooltip will display when hovering the buttons to show the status of both systems.
