I was thinking about buying a route from TSW5, however they are a little bit over my price range. Since I’m on PS5, I think Frankfurt S-Bahn is out of my choices pretty fast, and picking up some “old” DLCs with discount it seems the better option.
What do you think? Any advices?

Buy whatever you can afford, according to your preferences

Personally I always buy the old DLCs that interests me at a discount, for the DLCs of the current generation (so TSW5) I wait until the price is more affordable so often I wait for the next TSW for the discounts are not only 20%.

After all, it's a matter of patience. Personally, it doesn't bother me. :D

That’s basically what I do, and by the looks of it I’ll continue to do it! Thanks, let’s see what TSW6 brings us!

Old DLC’s will not be TSW5 era, though. Probably best overall European route during the lifespan of TSW5 is Mittenwald with the Dutch route a close runner up. If you want the latest content then you either have to pay the full grip or wait at least six months for a sale.
