Better Terrain Generation Tools

I understand that Redem was tool that used to be available, but with it not being available anymore are there any other tools out there for using higher resolution terrain data?

So long as you use the 64 bit version, import of hi res DEM is no longer an issue. It tended to crash crossing lines of latitude in 32 bit while applying. What TSC and, for that matter ReDem don’t support, is the ultra high resolution LiDar data.
