PC Big Stuttering After Update 8th Nov. On Riesa

since the last update of 8th I have encountered a big quality drop on the DLC Riesa Dresden.
The stuttering all over the line becames worse and appears every 5-10 seconds. Sometimes more.
The DLC is not unplayable BUT the experience is simply ruined.

I do not want to start the dlc again. So Content I paid 30 € !!!
Please have a look on this seriously. It s just not acceptable in this state.

Please play the Dlc yourself and let us know!

I saw a pic of stuttering when an AI train was approaching too

Moreover I saw a bug with PNJ.
The people do not enter the trains and i drove empty trains.
(appears on a lot of others scenarios / services FYI
The AI was on the platform but seemed to be affraid to go in the train

Really hope that the tool you introduced will help you to discover why the stuttering appears.

I've just done a scenario the "replacement" with the 465 and i do not encoutered big stuttering.
Whitout that the pleasure to drive is so much better you can't imagine.

by me:
- Rhein Ruhr Osten stuttering is ok (just small times)
- GWE almost perfect
- MSP almost perfect
- Sand patch perfet
- rapid transit stuttering is ok (just small times)
- Brighton main line by approaching cities and almost all over the track
- Boston ok
- Kassel very complicated Stuttering every 5-10 sec
- Köln Aachen very complicated
