I'd love to see the key route from Birmingham to Peterborough via Nuneaton and Leicester created, set around the time the 156 "Super Sprinter" was being introduced and replacing Loco hauled stock. So late 1980s. New Street, Leicester and Peterborough already feature on the game and there are teams/people who are very good at recreating that era.

The new rolling stock would be
    Class 156 and/or 150/1 in Provincial livery.

    Driveable/AI stock would be

Class 87 and assorted carriages/wagons for New Street and Nuneaton.
    Class 101 DMU
Class 31 and assorted carriages and wagons
Class 20s, 37s, 45s,47s on assorted carriages and wagons
Class 08 and WSR 09 for shunting.

    Stations would be

    Birmingham New Street
    Water Orton
    Nuneaton
    Hinckley
    Narborough
    Leicester
    Melton Mowbray
    Oakham
    Stamford
    Peterborough

Mastery could be South Wigston under construction.

Connecting three key cities Birmingham, Leicester and Peterborough in an era of change for the route. RT156452-500x500.jpg

It is indeed good to see the 1980's routes getting attention :D. Again. This would be the third route to take place in the Midlands and the second route to take place in Cambridgeshire. You might see the HST in Intercity 125 and Swallow livery if they make one for the HST. They've made the Swallow livery for the 47

Yeah the original Wigston stations had all gone by 1968, but the current one was built and opened in 1986
