Hello. I am here to talk about a route I would love to see in train sim world 4. The Birmingham New St - Shrewsbury Line. Stations Birmingham New St A large station being the hub of this route formed of a whopping 12 platforms. Smethwick Galton Bridge Sandwell & Dudley Wolverhampton A Medium sized station where the OHLE (Overhead live equipment) stops. Bilbrook Codsall Albrighton Cosford Shifnal Telford Central Oakengates Wellington Shrewsbury Where the route terminates This route would be 42 miles long and have 13 stations which is the perfect length for a TSW4 route. Rolling Stock CAF class 196 West Midlands railway (Mostly) All stops services between new st and Shrewsbury British rail class 158 Transport for Wales semi fast services between new st and Shrewsbury Potential addons British rail class 221 Avanti West coast Fast services between New St and Wolverhampton and New St and Wolverhampton Layers ROG class 37 Class 66 RHTT class 66 Class 323 at new st Scenarios Cosford airshow Drive this 4 car TFW class 158 calling at Cosford as an extra stop due to the airshow. You may see some display once you arrive at Cosford. Drive this class 196 as far as Shrewsbury but there may be some delays on the line... (A tree has fallen on the line and you need to go slowly down the right hand line due to oncoming traffic. You are not the priority) Drive this class 221 to Birmingham New st. No trouble. (Your engine fails and you need to drag the train with a 37 from Wolverhampton - New st
Absolutely loved this Detail mate! Transport for Wales also do an all stopper between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury on their last service from New street! Sometimes a 150 and a 158 will run as well! But honestly loved the detail, scenarios etc. It be amazing to have! 221 Voyager be a great addition! Loved this very much!
Nice suggestion - I would like to see the 221 included as standard though. Maybe we could also see AI XC voyagers at BHM?
That would be great as well mate! XC would increase traffic by a lot in the game as well as XC seem to be everywhere
