Can you stop posting these suggestions with this much detail. As has been said a few times before, add in a lot more detail, sell the suggestion. Saying add this and that will get you absolutely nowhere. No one reading this will show interest.
Not only that, there is no licence for Cross Country trains who are the prime operator on this route so unless set back in BR days there would literally be no worthwhile timetable.
