Train Sim World 3 Black Artifacts Still Appearing On Custom Liveries

Hello, in the recent patch notes, it said "Removes black artifacts from custom liveries", well, this is what I have found, (look at the poppy)

This is it zoomed in, no artifacts to be seen...

What is happening, is it a gradual release of patches or is it going to stay for a while yet
(the reskin is Voyager's 395018 Victory Javelin livery by the way, I believe that it isn't a reskin issue, it is a separate issue, please keep up fixing this DTG!!!
