Hi, 90% of the time, whenever I launch the game on my Xbox One S, either before or after the first animation/scene, I end up stuck permanently at a black screen, and the game never loads any further. This means I'm constantly restarting the game to try and get it to play, and on the rare occasions it does eventually work, but more often than not I'm simply unable to play. Even when it does work the opening scenes are very laggy, and often freeze briefly. This never used to be an issue, and has started recently, even though I have plenty of hard drive space, and no other game has this issue. I've tried restarting my console and it hasn't helped. I will send this message to the support team also. Regards
I get the black screen too on Xbox One X and it's maybe 50% of the time. The black screen goes away after pressing B (TSW2 go back sound plays) and then the "press any button" screens become visible.
