Steam Blackpool Branches Scenario Dmu Debacle Platinum Is Impossible?

I've been trying for ages to get Platinum on the Blackpool Branches Scenario DMU Debacle. Today I attempted it but fell short of the required score of 10900 by getting 10306.

I kept below the speed limit and activated the safety systems (not that you need them).

But still didn't achieve Platinum. Is there a bug in the scoring or was there something I didn't do?
