Just watched the TSW December roadmap and wanted to add my support to the comments about a 'package' or 'bundle' for the Blackpool route. I was ready with my £30 to purchase this on day one as I am at Preston station twice a day and caught a Pacer from Preston every working day for many years. I was very disappointed to discover the route would not run on TSW3. I can't afford TSW4 AND the Blackpool route. Such a shame that Blackpool could not be chosen as an included route with TSW4, I'm not that bothered with the routes that are included by default.
Wait for a Xmas sale. Blackpool makes use of the suspension code which is not present in TSW3. (That has brought issues to other routes though, like the LIRR/Harlem rumblin cabs)
We are discussing the possibility of this with Just Trains - it's their content, so they need to be happy and comfortable with it. No promises, and certainly not in the coming weeks, but we are having the conversations.
