6P32 Preston Shunting 20:00hour can only be completed using the Class31/1 from Tees Valley Line. The other locos cause an instant Derailment due to a coupler conflict
OZ25 Preston Shunting 16:00 hour can only be completed by first duing O725 OZ25 Preston Shunting 1535hour using the Class 47 BUT the last instrution in that service must be done on foot by walking to the uncoupling point.Do not return to Main Menu instead use the return to Free Roam option.Enter the cab of the loco that you are standing by sit down and accept the promt that appears. note: the brakes may give problems if so just use switch on rear wall to change to passenger/vacuum release the brakes change back to passenger air/apply and release the brakes three or four times this shoud clear the problem. Also note you can not use the Class 40 or Class 45 as they will Derail after stoping at Ribblehead Sidings Head Shunt.
There is a Misaligned rail/Set of Points after stopping at Ribblehead Sidings Head shunt then going towards Preston These are the Points that lead off to the right after shunting signal RY6 (not the ones that lead off to the left). this causes all trains/locos to jerk and it Derails the Class 40 and Class45.
how many threads do you want to create about the route bro and this one goes into troubleshooting btw
What "brake problems"? Can you describe the fault? 99% of Tsw brake problems have the cause infront of the screen. Cant blame people for not understanding a brake system. But thats not a bug.
meridan#2659 I wrote may cause brake problems this is because of the work round that is used to enable completion of this service it has nothing to do with anybody being unable to understand brake systems .That is why I provided the solution to the problem. Have you tried This timetable service it derails on start up without this work round . That is why I have provided this work round so that those that wish to complete this service can do so. did you Read this post or did you just glance at it.
I would recommend giving clearer instructions (step by step, not as a paragraph) if you have instruction advice to share (this one kind of gave of a lot pain trying to read it through tbh) also title doesn’t give any indication this is for a solution more just a service reference. not sure how putting a break handle into release 3-4 times would change anything after the first time, it only does one thing.
MoRoN222 Many people read general discussions but never look at troubleshooting . and to paraphrase you How many threads/posts do you have to make.
Have you tried the service Have you tried the work round do you even have this route. did you Read this post or did you just glance at it.
no no yes yes (tried anyhow) no like I said it’s just not very clear it’s an instruction thread, you could easily amend the thread title to help with that, for the most part the instructions look to be a continue on from previous service, use a 47. just trying to help make the instructions more clearer to help others, it was all bit confusing. Didn’t know whether it was a bug report for most it.
The instant derailment on this service OZ25 Preston Shunting 16:00 hour was reported in the Player Feedbak Blackpool route feedback thread . This is a work round for those that wish to complete this service . That is why wrote OZ25 Preston Shunting 16:00 hour can only be completed by first doing O725 OZ25 Preston Shunting 1535hour . .Do not return to Main Menu instead use the return to Free Roam option.
He’s not wrong, you can make one thread about the route and list everything there. Spamming the forums is not the way to go about this. There is also a feedback thread where you can post this, or you can make a post in the troubleshooting forum.
It was reported together with a number of other problems in the Player Feedback Blackpool Branches Thread .But not everybody reads that Thread. One post about this Track fault in this forum is not Spam.
Will you please stop spamming the forum with endless threads? Create one thread with all of your questions and they’re likely to be answered. Contrary to your “forum police” thread, most members on here are willing to help. Don’t take people asking you to stop spamming as policing, either. This is rude and argumentative. You’re just turning something around on other members that they said about you. And they’re not wrong. You’ve made 3 separate threads in the span of 1 1/2 hours already today, one of which was completely unnecessary and the other two, this one included, could have been made into one singular post. For someone who seems to claim they know how forum etiquette is, you’re disproving that.
I thought that one was at Blackpool north but I could be wrong, I checked this service out and it’s at Preston station. though could be caused by same issue, so maybe same fix
I think it's a similar issue to the one that occurred on a DTG route where part of the consist is spawned in the buffers.
There's a dedicated PBO feedback thread that is monitored by Just Trains. Best to post anything related to the route there. Help, advice !== Police
Have you put this in the JT feedback thread? They are likely aware of this but it looks as if you are trying to give advice so it may help more people out there. Saying that me replying to it will put it back to the top of this section, but may still be handy to put it in that thread, to reach as many people as possible.
Hello everyone, I went ahead and merged these threads for easier readability. I also moved it to the dedicated feedback section of our forums. We also create dedicated feedback threads for every AddOn, you can find the one for Blackpool here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/blackpool-branches-feedback-thread.75992/page-5#post-752432 Lastly, I would like ask everyone to keep a civil and friendly tone when posting in our forums. Enjoy you weekends, Jan
It's not a coupler conflict. The rear Seacow is placed on the buffer stop. The AI can drive the service no problem.
