Having used the route for so many years there is a good choice of units. If it was set in the 80s there could be 101s, 104s, 105s, 108s to name some 1st gen. Always seemed to be a 104 for me. Then you could add 150/2s 155s (Metro Train). Which then got replaced with 158s. Mind it that was fun when they couldn't stop at Blackburn and had to use rail replacement buses. Now we have 195s. Although they maybe hard to get licensing sorted.
