There is no way to scroll the route description on console, and it isn't set to auto-scroll either, which would be a compromise at least. This isn't the only instance of this, it happens else where too, and not just with route descriptions, but also on those for scenarios etc. It just shows a general lack of care for those playing on console using a controller. How this is still a problem many iterations in, for a game that exists primarily for console, is beyond me.
