You would be better asking on a proper RailSim forum where there are people building trains and assets
i have been using TS20xx since 2012 but I have no idea about Blender
Try UKTS - you have to register https://www.uktrainsim.com/

Do you have the Briage add-on in Blender? This allows you to assign the appropriate shaders to you model before exporting. I imagine you do have it though if you have exported other models from Blender.
You need to make sure you are using the correct shader for the type of model used, for instance using the loft shader for lofts. You get get a good understanding of the type of shader to use for each model from the documentation: here https://sites.google.com/a/railsimdev.com/dtgts1sdk/reference-manual/art-guidelines/shaders

Without knowing more about the problem you are having though it's difficult to say for sure, but it could also be something to do with the shadow maps which are produced when baking textures. That's still something I don't know much about myself unfortunately. There are plenty of knowledgeable people though and as suggested, the UKTS forum might be a good place to find some of them. I hope you manage to work it out.
