I've found that when in the cab, parts of the screen become blurred when not directly in the center of the screen.

For example I'm looking forward down the line, and the gauges etc become blurred until I move my cursor and put the camera directly on them.

Is there any way I can fix this so everything is perfectly clear on my screen? I have everything on highest settings , line of sight is around medium

sounds like you need to turn off depth of field off in the settings.
Go into settings, graphics and then click on advanced. You don't need to change anything on the first screen it brings you to (scenery density etc) so click next and then untick the depth of field box. Click save and then restart your game.

I also agree that the DOF must have been turned on.

Turn it off in the settings, and see if it fixes your issue. Other posters above have given the location of where the setting is.

Hope you manage to fix it :)
