Blurry Screenshots

When I take a picture using ctrl + f12, my screenshots are blurry. I have tried different settings, but none seem to have worked.

Can someone please help?

 

Set screenshot quality to high in the settings.

 

It is. That was the first thing I checked.
Here's what it looks like...

The second thing I checked was motion blur, but the shots still look the same after turning it off.

 

Ctrl + F12 doesn't capture motion blur.

Not sure what is causing that.

 

I know, that's why I'm so confused. However, my last few shots today don't seem to have that issue. Not sure what I did to fix it.
