Xbox Bml 465 And 375 Layers Turning Themself Off/random Crashes When Loading Services (series X)

I am experiencing issues with BML on the series x. i played a few services on BML today and everything was fine. However, all services now have no active layers. This is strange as I still have the option to play other services I own (166etc).

In addition to this, I am also having the game shut inself down when I go to play a number of random services. Any advice would be hugely appreciated..
