Ahoy there. I’ve generally been having a good time since upgrading to a PS5 but unfortunately, the crashes have reared their head. I’ve been booted off the following services in journey mode with no explanation: Chapter 2 - Jet Set 1W98 - crashed after Battersea Park Chapter 3 - Green Around The Hills 1R11 - crashed twice; once before Redhill and again on approach to Coulsdon South. Chapter 4 - On Time 1A34 - booted out as I was arriving into East Croydon. Shame really as I’ve been enjoying the game again since upgrading.
You are not alone, I used to be a great fan of TSW2 but constant crashing on this route has put me off playing. Today I thought I'd give it another go -crashed before I left the staion, rebooted and tried again and got about 8 miles then crashed. Doesn't look like they are going to fix it anytime soon- I'm just about hanging in there and watching the roadmap for news of a fix that will actually be released. Not always but I noticed the crash frequently happens after switching to external camera and back-but also happens anytime., they haven't fixed the safety warnings either
