The BNSF Chicago Subdivision hauls lots of heavy freight and Metra passenger trains through the suburban areas of Chicago. A relatively well known route, the line sees hundreds of trains a day. The Rolling stock used on this line could be the Metra F40ph and the respective can cars, and a BNSF diesel loco, potentially the C44-9x, the ES44AC or, a personal favourite of mine, the B40-8w.
Licensing issues with metra. TSC only had the colors, but no logo since dtg couldn't obtain the license. If ever, we might see it as a freight route given dtg does have a bnsf license giving them the ability to create more routes depending on the conditions of the license. Something we would like to have, but can't become a reality cuz of no metra license.
yes, and yes, and they need to add SD70ACe for BNSF livery one weathered and one clean. I like to see a route like the Mojave Subdivision and it can connect with the Cajon pass, and maybe even Tehachapi loop.
Cuz sometimes tocs say no. They have every right to say that whether they provide a reason or not and dtg can only respect that. Matt has said one of the reasons why tocs might say no is that they don't their trains to appear in game or people will give the toc a bad reputation from crashing their trains and then posting it on YouTube for fun. After all, no one wants to see their equipment being using in a nonprofessional manner such as crashing it or derailing it. There was 1 license in the past I think dtg lost due to the toc seeing people doing that. One possible reason out of many reasons
Because of the Licenses, people do not have what they want but I remember that they did not have the Metrolink License in 2013 but in Train Sim World 4 if they have it then it may be that in the future they will have the METRA License We must wait And it is my only Favorite Passenger Route
