PS5 Bnsf R-cal6011 Stuck At Red Signal

The most recent patch stated that the issues with R-CAL6011 "Kaiser road switching" on San Bernardino was fixed. However this was clearly not tested. The 06:55 job is unplayable. After spawning in, there's a red signal to proceed out of "Rancho Cucamonga Honey Productions Siding 4" onto the mainline and even though there's no traffic the signal never changes. Contacting dispatcher says to check switch alignment even though it's correctly set. The funny thing is there's not actually a signal there. The map thinks it's a signal and is labeled as such, however it's just a derail switch
