   The BNSF SD40-2 need massive balancing as for Notch 3 & 4 and Notch 6, 7 & 8 make it take off way to fast plus No SD40-2 should be able to do speeds of 181Mph

   Uh, yeah...the SD40-2 is geared for a max of 65mph, although they might be able to touch 80.
