Something that would bring an entirely new challenge for the driver, given the change in signalling and train control systems. An example for all: Liberec (CZ) - Zittau (DE). Short enough and going from Czechia (100 kph) through about 4 km in Poland (30-40 kph) to Germany (120 kph). At best, it could go a little further through Germany (Dresden being probably too far, it could end at Bischofswerda or even earlier, or go from Zittau to Görlitz instead (although services don’t run directly from Liberec to Görlitz, so it would be transfer at Zittau in all cases then).

    Rolling Stock:
Two famous combustion engine units in Die Länderbahn Trilex livery - Siemens Desiro (DB 642) - all RE (TLX) Services and some RBs
Stadler RS1 (DB 650) the rest of RBs

It wouldn’t be a big loss to have them in DB Livery since DTG has probably no rights for DLB yet.

    Train Control and signalling:
As for train control, there is no such system on the Czech side of this route (yes, they drive only by eyesight even up to the 100 kph) or on the Polish side. In Germany, it’s PZB, naturally. I’d be happy to provide info on light-signal codes and other signalling in Czechia. It’s quite similar to Germany.
