The MBTA 827 service, the 18:08 start, 18:09 out of Boston to Providence encounters a full stop signal right out of Boston, with a 0 mph speed code on the ADU. This signal never changes, and the aspect upgrades as soon as you contact the dispatcher.
Update: I ran this service again today and realized that the cab signals in this situation are a lot more bugged out that I originally thought. If you contact the signaler while stopped, you are told to proceed and the ADU jumps up to 15, but when you pass the signal, which remains at danger, the ADU speed jumps back to 0, and you have to cut out and cut back in the safety systems, at which point the speed jumps back up to 30.
