Holy smokes, operating into the final stop of that scenario, I knew enough to drive slow starting about 2.5 miles out of Route 128 station. The final red signal can be passed by requesting permission to proceed from dispatcher, permission is granted, (restricted speed). Upon easing into the station, there's another train sitting at the exit end of the platform, I narrowly avoided a collision!!! What the heck is that??? Has anyone else run the scenario and had the same experience?
Yes, but when you go out with the train they tell you about that. you are going to arrive very late at the end, and that train is going to go ahead of you all the way. watch out.
Interesting, thank you. I'm going to have to repeat that scenario, I wasn't aware of any forewarning on my previous runs. Too much soot and ash in my ears from dreaming about running steam, lolllll
