Maybe you fixed it for Amtrak trains, but not for MBTA. MBTA 903 - allmost all the way from Boston Back Bay to Canton Junction 45 to 30 speed restriction without any trafic ahead. Red at Route 128 - 3 minutes delay which grow up all the way. Shedule can't be done with ACSES enabled. Fix it already!
