I'd like to play a free roaming game on the Nahverkehr Dresden route.
I spawn the de 146.2 on the dresen 8 platform and assign a route to Riesa Platform 1.
Get in the train and follow the procedure from https://train-sim-world.fandom.com/wiki/DB_BR_146.2_Introduction
I printed out the instructions but whatever I try, I can't get the damn thing running, sometimes it seems like it wants to start and the blue power bar appears for a sec and dies again.
I tried over and over again and each time it's refusing to start.
I realy hope that's something i do wrong but I'm afraid some kind of bug.

Would someone out there be so kind to try this to see if it's a bug or that I screw up???

Just tried it and I got the same thing - seems to be a bug. The train seems to only respond to when the throttle setting changes. Try moving the throttle back and forth to see if the blue bar maintains itself. I got the train to move by doing this. If the throttle stops moving, the train stops. Weird!

it's common bug with some of the german locos it seems to think the afb is always active or something like that. just turn the afb on and off again, works for me at least.

    Thank you for trying.
The train want's to move if you wiggle the throttle back and forth indeed, I managed to speed up to 40 km/h.
I've tried it with the BR185.2 which is almost the same and drove it easily
