Long story short: LZB icons are not displayed in locomotive and HUD can't show both PZB and LZB icons at the same time. Tested for DB BR 146.2 from Main-Spessart Bahn route on Schnellfahrstrecke Köln. I had all safety systems on then. (SIFA, PZB, LZB)
Any of the TRAXX locos that has LZB implemented into TSW does not have LZB on the MFD for some reason TrainSim-Adam Do you know why?
Well the DB BR 182 was too but there they managed to add it and the DRA,DCZ versions of the TRAXX's did not either have LZB on the MFD
I don't have Drseden-Riesa (yet), but around the time Nahverkehr Dresden was realeased, MSB 146.2 started to support LZB (but as can be seen on post itself, it's not perfect)
Not only is it not perfect, it is completely unusable when driving hudless. It does not show any information at all, and no "Ende" light shows, which causes an e-brake application. I really hope they fix this, because now I don't use the BR 185.2, BR 185.5, BR 185.6, BR 146.2, BR 425 and the DoSto Cab Car on HMA, SKA and RT. That's a lot of services I would like to do, but that are just too unrealistic for me to enjoy. I feel that after two years of LZB in this game, this should have been fixed by now.
