Train Sim World 3 Br 146.2 Not Working In Game

So, I bought the deluxe version of TSW3 and I somehow got the BR 146.2 but can't use it.
And now I am wondering if there is any solution or way to use it.

 

Can you precisely describe what‘s the problem? What are you doing and what’s not working?

 

so the problem is that I can't use it anywhere for example driving it on a track or in scenarios. The BR-766 has the same problem.
And i dont know why.

 

That version is not able to be used. It is ai only on kassel wurzburg, so you can't drive it.

If you have other German routes like hbl and hrr, you can run the 146 from kwg on there but that has issues at the moment.
