Would buying the Bremen - Oldenburg Route, which comes with the BR 155, also add the scenarios and timetabel that the seperate BR 155 adss to Ruhr Sieg Nord? Or are they seen as seperate locos by the game?

They're seen as separate locos. To get the 155 scenarios on RSN you'll have to buy the DB red 155 which in all honesty is the only 155 worth having! The one in BRO is broken and has been since release whereas the DB red one for RSN has safety systems that actually work

So does the BRO version. The BRO version isn't stuck on brake group G on the other hand.

For me I find the brakes on the Press 155 bite very hard.
The RSN 155 I have a much better feel for but I find it hard to accelerate heavy trains without overloading it. The power has to come on very gradually and controlled I find.

The 110, being I similar tab changer, I find far too forgiving in power application and braking.

I've not idea how true to life they are but overall I rather drive the RSN 155.

Again, that would be because it isn't stuck in brake group G, of course, you could enable that yourself, but why?..
I almost forgot about the nonsensical tap faults RSN 155 would throw out. The main reason I stopped using that version.

On the braking I agree, although cutting out the electric brakes give her far more realistic brake performance. I’m not sure about power application. I’ve just read an article written by a driver in which he reported some experiences on the 110. In one story he described having to fill in for an unavailable 103 with a long train (I believe 14 coaches, but I’d have to check again). According to him, the 110 could just about put down 70kN(!) per traction motor in good weather conditions.
