Loco Br 23 Railtour Pack (stoom Stichting Nederland)

Mittenwaldbahn came with the OBB 1020 and then later the BR 194 & E94 Railtour Pack released, so I think it would be nice to see the upcoming BR 23 from Neckartalbahn get a railtour pack also.

Stoom Stichting Nederland's BR 23 023 could be included with some Bm 238 coaches. A few changes such as the addition of the Dutch safety system ATB-E, and more shiny textures would be needed. It could then be available to layer on to future German or Dutch routes, or used in free roam.

 

I’m hoping the BR 23 gets a Railtour layer or scenario on most of the German routes.

 

We haven't even gotten the BR 23 yet....but okay.
