So, two things I noticed when using the BR 422 in Timetable on the SKA: 1. Departing an S-Bahn from Köln Hbf, the hud shows a weird speed-limit of 97 km/h. I guess it has been saved as 60 mph (=96 km/h) instead of 60 km/h, which would be more logical there. 2. Service ECS S19 Duren: there is no way to stay on time without exceeding the speed-limit. To keep the timetable I had to drive at max speed possible (157 km/h), where as the maximum allowed speed for the EMU is 140 km/h, and the line speed was 160 km/h. So the timetable should also take the max speed of the train into consideration. Similar, no way to keep the timetable on an RE with the BR 143, so the BR 143 should not be useable on the RE on this line.
Correct. The 143 is limited to 120 km/h Vmax, so is only in RL used for passenger service in the former DDR, where most of the rail network was built to that standard, and a few slower secondary lines in the west, such as the Hagen-Siegen line.
