Xbox Series X Br 423 Rhein-main Wipers Problem

Hello,

it looks like wipers of the 423 don't clean the windows during snow. They are running, but that's all. Is there something I do wrong or is it a bug?

When I change to an outside view back of the train, the windows is clean
And gets dirty again
