Hello all, TrainGeek08 back again with another loco DLC suggestion, this time for the German route of Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr: Duisburg-Bochum, the BR 462 Desiro HC in RRX livery, which will introduce a new operator to the game in RRX (Rhein-Ruhr EXpress) to supplement Deutsche Bahn , and I'll be adding a couple of new segments as well like with my route suggestions, and the first one is below Price: Great British Pounds: 11.99 Euros: 13.99 US Dollars: 14.99 Stock included in base DLC: The BR 462 'Desiro HC (High Capacity) in RRX livery Training (In Training Center): BR 462 Introduction Scenarios: German Desiro: (Difficulty - 1) Drive this Desiro HC from Bochum to Duisburg, with no delays expected, it should be an easy run Desiro Cut Short: (Difficulty - 3) A tree has fallen on the line between Essen and Wattenscheid so services are being turned back at Essen, so drive this Desiro HC between Duisburg and the bay platform at Essen, where the service is cut short A Desiro Needs A Rescue: (Difficulty - 2) A Desiro HC has failed approaching Mulheim Hbf, and another one is required to rescue it, drive the rescue unit from Essen to retrieve the failed train, detrain all its passengers at Mulheim Hbf, then drag it to Essen Depot for further investigations to take place Timetable: Would be incorporated into the timetable already on HRR and it would run alongside the Doppelstockwagen (Dosto) sets with their respective loco (DB BR 112/DB BR 143 etc.) on RE1 (Aachen-Hamm) & RE6 (Minden-Koln/Bonn Flughafen) services and alongside the DB BR 425 on RE11 (Dusseldorf-Hamm) services Our second new addition is: Routes this train could layer onto: Schnellfahrstrecke Koln-Aachen: RE1 (Aachen-Hamm) services alongside the Doppelstockwagen (Dosto) sets with their respective loco (DB BR 112/DB BR 143 etc.) Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel-Wurzburg: AI services for extended RE11 services from Dusseldorf Hope you enjoyed this different suggestion this time, for a German DLC and not anything to do with the UK for once, put your thoughts below on this one, and definitely give your opinions on the new sections as well, anyway, I've been TrainGeek08 as usual, enjoy the rest of your day and see you later, goodbye
The advantage of this train is that it can be made into different versions starting with the Yellow and White Baden-Württemberg and then the Deutsche Bahn Verkehrsrot colours. Excellent idea overall. You can also make a single deck version from it the DB Baureihe 460 & ÖBB Baureihe 4744-4746 S-Bahn Innsbruck ÖBB Siemens Baureihe 4758. Lastly the Belgian Société Nationale Chemin du Fer Belge Automotrice 08 the Dutch speaking part uses MS08
Nice, at least this train has some different options for liveries for other regions of Germany if they are required
I'm with you on that one and oddly it might be featured in the new route set in the American zone of West Germany Baden-Württemberg with a new diesel locomotive being able to access an American Military ammo depot like Stuttgart Böblingen Panzer Kaserne
Baden-Wurttemburg would be nice, a Bwegt liveried Desiro HC would be fantastic if a B-W route was made in the modern era for TSW
I agree with you on that one and looks like we might be getting one later in the game. That includes a repainted 628 from Bundesbahn Bahndirektion Frankfurt Niddertalbahn Bad Vilbel Glauburg-Stockheim route. The difference between that one and Baden-Württemberg is that it has the decals Bwegt added and Traffic Red colours.
Oh nice, a 628 in DB Traffic Red would be great with a Desiro HC Here is a potential line-up for a Baden-Wurttemberg route: A newer unit in the Desiro HC and an older-style unit in the DB BR 628, get that suggested
I agree about this train set be included in the game - like other modern EMUs or DMUs -, I had already suggested. But do not forget about the license issue!. DTG does not have it for RRX. Those trains are made by Siemens, and the model is Desiro.
I think the license is the only issue at the minute and if Siemens are interested in making another Desiro for TSW
It has not been developed by DTG, but I know that a member of the modding community is making one in the PC Editor, don't know how far it is in development though
I'd love this! No... I need this. I know that someone has been working on one but geez... we need alot of missing train variety rn.
