With the ICE-T and Hamburg-Lübeck already in game, it would be a shame to avoid creating the ICE TD for TSW! It is truely a unique train, being capable of driving up to 200 km/h, faster than any other german diesel train! It would operate several ICEs from Hamburg to Lübeck with additional layers if it also drives the ECs as a stand-in for the missing IC3. The number of services would be roughly 10 ICEs and 8 ECs according to the 2015 timetable - thats slighty more than the current 6 services with the 406, which is not even driving on the route at all in reality. The train All of the coaches have the same structure as the ICE-T, as they were developed together. 3 out of 4 coaches have the exact same configuration of doors, meaning that the only new construction would be the vents and the different type of tilting system, as well as removing the ETCS from the ICE T-cab. A very simple modification, giving loads of variation and a proper mainline diesel experience! Please consider this suggestion!!
