Nice video from Charing Cross to Sevenoaks and back providing insight into the cab sounds of the BR Class 465. She sounds great, particularly on the return trip were you get the F1 like sounds... I hope DTG can get the sound this good in game. Fingers crossed.

Great video. I hope they get the sounds as close as possible to the real thing. Strange question, but what causes the 'F1 sounds' if anyone knows? I've seen clips of the 465 setting off where it made those sounds...and some clips where it didn't.
There were various manufacturers of the 465, they used different motors. The ‘F1’ sounding ones are Metro-Cammell 465’s, which is the version that we’ll be getting. For anyone that likes those motor sounds, I highly recommend having a listen to some 323’s, those are about as good as EMU sounds get.
Glad we're getting those motors for TSW 2. I'll also have to check out the 323's sounds. Cheers for the recommendation.
