Hi Is it possible, or is someone possible to create either mod or explanation if it is possible to replace the current BR101 Intercitiy trains with the new one including the cab? I know that we can use the BR101 as loco but all intercity trains on the routes where there is no explicit timetable for the new expert trainset still have no cab car at the end. Would be nice to just be able to replace them with the whole new unit somehow. Thx
It used to be possible, but I'm not sure since TSW4. I remember back in TSW3 or before there were mods that replaced the ICE with the original IC on HMA for example. I know I have made some unofficial mods (for my own usage ) where I edited formations to replace a locomotive. I think it should still be possible to do such a mod, but I could be wrong. I'm sure if it is possible such mods will show up in due time In any case, we are definitely planning to add the cab car on more routes than just the two current ones, but it takes time since you have to test the whole timetable after duplicating it and swapping out formations, so I can't say when, yet
