Using this loco its so slow to accelerate and really struggles to get to top speed. Is that just the way the loco is or am I not doing something correct. Thanks
I mean, it certainly is no sports car, compared to like a 146 or Vectron it is significantly older. Especially with a ton of load behind it it can be pretty slow. Do watch out though that it often seems to slip if you apply too much power too soon, so you should probably use a lower traction force percentage setting while departing, if that's happening to you. It's close to the AFB-like handle you use to get it up to speed.
