I believe the AI of Nahverkehr Dresden didn't get the Message to not use the BR 204 as a Substitute for Freight Trains anymore. Sorry for the bad Photo, my reflexes aren't that fast. Edit: This happened in Timetable Mode on Series S. It was Service Güterzug Chemiewerk-Riesa 07:27am with the DB BR363. I had to wait at a Red Signal when this BR204 passed me.
