PS4 Br294 Velocity And Operation Issue

Dear All,

I have a problem with velocity and acceleration rate on BR294. I already did everything according rhe introduction but the velocity is still around 20 km/h regardless coupled or uncoupled. The acceleration rate is much higher in the training centre than during the scenario. i changed the gear to long range without success. Actually the PZB and SIFA are off, tégy are not affected. I just saw numerous videos and did the same but nothing changed. I really confused what can I do more or another way around? Thanks for the kind help!

Did you release the handbrake via the large wheel at the rear wall of the cab?
In contrast to most other locos, the 294's handbrake is locked at the start of the service... took me a while to figure that out too
