There is a patch that fixes the front lights, but it has only released for steam users so far. Look in the announcements section of the forums and it will tell you what to expect. In summary, many of the issues that were present on launch day have been fixed. There are still other issues to be looked at but from what I'm reading, bro is in a much better state.
