Route Bradford Foster Square-ilkley-leeds-skipton (leeds Metro)

I'm just gonna do this again bc I only hope 1 reply and I want to know how you guys feel about it. This is the leeds metro with the trains class 333, 331, 158 and class 66 GBRf. We could add AI class 801 from skipton or Bradford FS or Leeds going to Kings Cross. Along the way when you get to Keighley we could add a DLC. the DLC would be the Keighley Worth Vallley Railway. Up to Skipton maybe in the future add ANOTHER DLC Yes another. Maybe it could reach to Carlisle. Very long but still is a good idea. I will tell you the stops I dont remember when going up to ilkley so I'll say the rest. Leeds, Apperley Bridge (I think that is what it's called) Kirkstall, Shipley, Frizinghall, Bradford FS(terminus). Saltaire, Bingley, Crossflats, Keighley, Steeton and Silsden, Connoly and finally Skipton. I really want this to be added as its my local line.

 

Why not run it down to Donny

 

It will have too much of the route if we go down to Doncaster so I say probally up to carslile.

 

333s or 158s don't go there via wakefield westgate

 

thats way longer mate

 

wouldn't make sense that'd be better with a 331/1 and a 91 w 801 layer

That's as much detail I can give at the moment. If you are wanting more detail Try research some stuff

I have already made my suggestion on it just saying that DTG or any developer is more likely to acknowledge it that way

 

I do really think it's an amazing line with travelling through parts of modern Yorkshire it's really cool and I hope someone makes it on PC editor or Dovetail actually do it which I'll be very surprised if it happened.

 

if I can figure the editor out when I get TSW4 in a few months then its definitley at the top of my list My local line is far too long for a first project
