Brake-lever Detent Needed

    This is an issue with the BR 442 (both versions), as well as some others: There is no "detent" between Full Service and Emergency- in other words, the interrupt-delay routine connected to the keys which definitely is used by TSW, on unitary throttle-brake levers, at the transition from throttle to brake and vice versa: if one holds D or A, there is an appreciable pause at 0.

    This is really needed between FS and EB, though, because it is way, way too easy to run the brakes all the way up to 10- which on German trains means a complete stop and reset before you can continue.
