There is an issue where I spotted the break pads on the CSX freight cars are too far away from the wheel base. The screenshot shows the breaks fully released but when you apply even the slightest they move towards the wheel but there is still a very huge gap between the wheel base which when you think about it how can this be slowing down the train.
