While the LGV Méditerranée already has created representation of France in Train Sim World, it would be cool to see more of the country, specifically on the Atlantic side. What’s a good route for this? I’d say the line between Brest and Morlaix, through the Breton country. The line was opened as part of a railway from Paris as the last section, being completed in 1865 by the Compagnie des chemins de fer de l’Ouest. It became part of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français (SNCF) upon its formation in 1938, and has been electrified at 25kV 50Hz AC since 1987. Rolling stock consists of 4 trains for this route, being: 1989 Alsthom SNCF TGV Atlantique 2005 Bombardier SNCF Class Z 27500 1976 Alstom SNCF Class BB 22200 (DLC 1) 2004 CAFL SNCF Class BB 69400 (DLC 2) The railway is 100 km long and features 10 stations, it is standard gauge and has trains protected by Contrôle de vitesse par balises. It would be interesting to see more representation of France, with commuter and freight services not found on the previous French route. Let me know what you think!
Excellent idea overall and speaking of Some Société Nationale Chemin du Fer Français BB22200 are TVM-430 equipped making them capable of running Tunnel sous la Manche (Channel Tunnel) HS1 (SEH) & LGV Méditerranée as freight. In the United Kingdom BB22200 is called as Class 22 for SEH & Dollands Moor.
Great suggestion! Yesterday, I was actually considering whether I should suggest the Brest - Rennes or Rennes - Paris Montparnasse (LGV Atlantique / BPL) route, as I love the landscape of northwestern France. As I am a fan of TGV trains, I would really like to see the TGV Atlantique or the TGV Réseau in Train Sim World. You have my full support!
This would be a great route, I do like the earlier TGBV trains. I would love to see more French routes for the sim.
I agree and are you fine making the other French routes International these are Metz Trier Koblenz Moselstrecke Metz Saarbrücken Ramstein-Misenbach Kaiserslautern Mannheim & Strasbourg Ville Straßburg Hbf Kehl Mannheim Frankfurt am Main Hbf (in French language it's written as this Francfort sur le Main Gare Centrale) or not?
