Would be cool as it would be the first US Private Passenger Rail Service and is very unique In many aspects it would also be nice to have the freight and other trains operate on the same line

I would love to see it, but somewhere around here DTG has basically said no Florida routes (Brightline, Tri-Rail, FEC, etc.) due to licensing.

Idk if it would still be a licensing issue but apparently bright line plans on making a route from LA to Vegas

Brightline is a route that is needed in TSW4. We'd get freight w/ FEC ES44C4s, SD40-2s/-3s, GP40-2s/-3s, and/or GP38-2s/-3s, along with FEC intermodal well cars, rock trains, and mixed manifest trains. The passenger services would be handled by Siemens SCB-40 Chargers and Siemens Venture Coaches.

Most likely, it's the same company just in a different location. Not to mention they haven't even begun laying track, and have just selected a rolling stock manufacturer. It'll be years out before we see service, we'll probably have TSWX by that point.
