Nice suggestion I'll say BUT honest never happen to say the truth as the Game Runs on The Unreal Engine 4 which wasn't designed for multiple loading items at a fast pace, meaning you play the game now and when hauling something the game it will stutter or lag-out due to loading New areas of the route which is known by teams that use or work with URE Unreal Engine. Making a Route that is nonstop City or housing developments such as Florida Brightline well that would be a massive mess of nonstop stuttering; hence the reasons why European routes are made more because of the open wild nature surroundings as much of the inner-city areas are tucked down in canyons or operate underground Brightline doesn't have that. Best Suggestion I could give you if you play on PC is RUN8 Studios Official Site just type that into google or bing and that will be the closest you'll get to Florida passenger service as Am-Trak.
