Now, hear me out. I'm a BIG fan of thumpers and Hastings so I thought wouldn't it be lovely to propose a Brighton to Hastings route with a thumper rail tour add on?

The Stations would be the following -

    Brighton
    London Road
    Moulsecomb
    Falmer
    Lewes
    Glynde
    Berwick
    Polegate
    Hampden Park
    Eastbourne
    Pevensey & Westham
    Pevensey Bay
    Normans Bay
    Cooden Beach
    Bexhill (wrong order?)
    Collington (wrong order?)
    St Leonards
    Hastings

Its quite a busy route with Eastbourne AND Hastings but i suppose you cant get to Hastings from Brighton via Eastbourne (right?)

This route would be around 31 miles long and would HOPEFULLY be a free add on to the already existing east coastway route!

The 1001 Thumper could be an extra add on for around 10.99 or 5.99 and the 171 repainted into a 170 would be a great addition into the timetable!

If you're extending the current ECW to Hastings, it won't be free; they'd need to rebuild the route (especially more so since its a TSW2020 route originally).

    I'd still take it though.

The route sounds fun, but like jack said, it sure as hell won't be free. I'd rather see the Hastings unit developed with a few rail tour scenarios bundled in, kind of like the ECML Rail Tour pack that was just released. It would probably end up costing more than $10, but it's a brand new train set and would require building from the ground up. Perhaps DTG would be able to work with Diesels Limited on getting sound recordings and references?
